Nah to each his own I guess but that doesn't seem like something I would try.
I mean, look into the insane amount of sauces available. Even if you say it can't be beat you could try them all and discover things you can add to what you already like. Most Belgians don't just stick to one sauce.
The english way: Salt and vinegar.

Personally I would never mix sauces. IMO you have to make a choice ;-)

They should be fresh, although I've seen versions with roasted ones too.
I love it.
Interestingly it tastes much better like this than a Single premixed sauce made from mayo and ketchup.

The most spicy available, usually samourai but my local friture has a lovely special spicy american sauce
I have to admit I really like joppie sauce when I'm going for fries, but I regularly switch it up depending on what I'm looking for, so regular ketchup, samurai or andalouse all get their share.
