Nah this is a legit answer.
I have been finishing up Tunic. The game is fantastic and I love seeing all of the small little things that have been accessible the whole time that I have since gained the knowledge to interact with.
Replaying Control, I can play this one repeatedly.
DayZ and Dwarf Fortress. The DF official soundtrack is so ooooo good
Almost done with Control right now. It's a really good game. A little too creepy though!
Control is one of my favorite games. Everything about it was excellent. I'm so glad they're making a sequel.
Completely burned out, but I occasionally play Death Stranding, because that bad boy knows how to keep everything tight. I'm thinking about delving into the world of emulation, maybe some TRPGs - will see.
Jump Ultimate Stars online and Chrono Trigger on DS
Batman Arkham Knight on PS4
Battlebit
Beat the Miles Morales game recently. Got 100% completion too. Not often I ever complete a game either. Still got a ways to go with Tears of the Kingdom, and then probably a return to Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories. I've gotta beat that game and I can finally play KH2 with a clear conscience.
Recently became a father and regained my love for my Switch, since it allows me to play in short bursts and pause whenever and wherever I need to. I'm currently playing through Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition and loving it.
Currently playing Death Stranding and feeling fit from the amount of virtual walking and carrying I've done. Next in queue is Everspace 2.
Spider-Man. Jesus, this game is amazing. I'm trying to 100% the whole game, so far I'm at 82% on the main story, 100% on The Heist (wanted that costume), and 0% on the rest of the DLC.
I'm deep into the second act of Ghost of Tsushima and I'm completely baffled how I missed this game when it came out. It's absolutely beautiful in every way possible
I've been playing Battlebit Remastered on Steam and holy shit while it looks awful it's one of the funnest FPS I have played in a while. Super fun, super smooth, and scratches the COD itch from when I was a kid. I HIGHLY reccomend it!
Also Tears of the Kingdom.
That's the low poly shooter right? That actually looks pretty fun. I'll have to try it.
Signalis - grabbed it on sale and playing through on steam deck.
Stellaris - I've spent too much time building empires only to lose interest in mid/late game.
Right now, Battlebit Remastered (which I just bought). Despite being not that good at the gunplay yet, I'm doing well and having fun just playing a medic and dragging people out of the line of fire for revives and heals. Highlight of today was frantically healing everyone in a full chopper while we dueled an enemy chopper over a capture point, with the pilot micspamming Pirates of the Caribbean music the whole time. Really brings me back to the good ol days of multiplayer lobbies (without a lot of the casual bigotry - game seems pretty good at actually banning it so far).
Legend of Zelda BoTW. Trying to finish the game before I start playing ToTK.
I'm an old lady so I'm playing farm tycoon on switch and Kairosoft's dream town island on my phone.
Having a blast with FF XVI. It's definitely one of the most polished of recent games, everything just looks and plays fantastic. Even if the game is super shallow as soon as you do anything other than the main story. The fantastic voice of Ralph Ineson is the cherry on top.
Torturing myself with Assassin's Creed series, I just beat Valhalla though, pretty good but could have been better if it was about half as long. That, and Tomb Raider series, made it to Underworld.
First witcher right now. Tried it like 10 years ago and couldn't get past the clunky controls. In the meantime I've read most of the books and played the other games, so I had to give it a go and this time around I'm really enjoying it!
You should try the Yakuza games. I'm currently on Yakuza 0 with 150 hours in it. I'm gonna have to play through again to get all the achievements, but it has been one of most fun games I've ever played.
PS4: Assetto Corsa Conpetizione and Drive Club. My two favourites.
Grounded and Cities Skylines
Just started diablo 3 on switch, got it a month or two ago on sale, started playing a day ago. Damn it's fun!
I played d1 100 years ago, and havent messed with it since. Don't know how long I'll be playing, but having a blast for now.
Age of Wonders 4. I'm a pretty big fan of 4X games and it's one of the best-streamlined examples of the genre I've found. It has a lot in common with Endless Legend, but feels much simpler for new players to approach. Only downside is that the devs have committed to doing quarterly DLC, with each one costing $10, and the first one is already out despite the game being extremely new.
I have skyrim running on a janky PC. Haven't played it in a little bit, but I'm always about to lol. Soon enough.
Black Mesa.
I started with Half Life 2 and played a lot of Counter Strike back in the days. This brings back memories even if I never played it and it's way better than I thought, too!
Got back into Hardspace Shipbreaker for some mindless relaxation. Also Chivalry 2 and Diablo IV.
Currently playing through the FFVII remake, really enjoying it. Never played the original ff7 but engaged with some ff7 adjacent content like Advent Children.
When I don't have much time I'm playing through Cult of the Lamb on my Steam Deck and it's really quite charming!
I've been playing almost exclusively Street Fighter 6 since it came out. I'm still terrible as it's my first SF game, but I am having a ton of fun
Still trying to get into Tears of the Kingdom after 50 hours. I absolutely loved BOTW but I really have trouble feeling involved with TOTK, it feels like I've already played the game. They slightly changed everything just a bit, just enough to change the gameplay feeling but not enough for me to feel the same appeal to explore the world.
Final Fantasy XVI while keeping up with my dailies on Final Fantasy XIV and Star Trek Online and Savage raiding in Final Fantasy XIV
Mix of Diablo 4 and Halo Infinite multi-player depending on which friend group is online. Technically started AC:Valhalla as my single player game, but I get so little alone gaming time these days that I'm still only 45 minutes in after 3 weeks.
Just started back into Elden Ring. It's crazy how much of the map is still left 140 hours in.
My main game for way too long has been Escape From Tarkov (just can't seem to fully get away from it), but I've been taking a break from it for a few months.
In the meantime, I've been playing a lot of Slay the Spire, Monster Train, and emulating various games on PCSX2. It's been fun to play "lighter" stuff with less commitment! I'll occasionally pick up various other shooters for the sake of playing with my friends, there just isn't a lot in that realm that's really scratching the itch for me lately.
Still playing Tears of the Kingdom.
I will launch up Tactic Ogre Reborn when I'm traveling. Working on endgame right now in that one.
Last night I finished getting all of the author medals for all of the campaign tracks for Trackmania Nations Forever. I really enjoyed E01 and E04 after I got the hang of them, I needed a podcast for E05, and E02 and E03 can eat my ass.
Daggerfall Unity and Morrowind on OpenMW. Those games got me more hooked than Skyrim
just beat red dead redemption 2. seriously epic story and amazingly gorgeous environments. going to dabble in red dead online just to get a few more achievements. thinking elden ring next!
As far as singleplayer games go, I‘m playing Slay the Spire! I‘ve never played it much before (just modded meme classes) and it finally clicked with me!
Fantastic game!
Wrapping up Hollowknight, finished up elden ring before that. Looking to try out FFXVI.
Was wanting to check out the jedi games too.
