I'm sure somebody will eventually though once this is out
I remember decomp and recomp had some oddly specific IP related rules about who is allowed to do what, and maybe that prevents the decomp team from doing it themselves.
Didn't stop the OpenGOAL team making the Jak & Daxter PC port.
I think they just don't want to (which is fine, all they're doing is passing the torch)
that’s pretty typical i think, i know the oot and mm pc ports are unaffiliated with the zelda reverse engineering team, and if i remember right the same was true for mario 64 but i’m not sure

I know it would have been dramatically more.convoluted to decomp the 360 version and it's worse in some ways, but that woulda been neat too. Camera control and more than 15fps is gonna bang tho.

Does BK decomp make Tooie decomp more likely too? That'd be cool if they could make a dual randomizer where one game effects the other like the OoT/MM double randomizer
Idk enough about them to say, but maybe the engine is similar? Would be nice, like how the OoT and MM decomps came out as a pair.
