I should make a store and sell a bunch of rented and leased content. Doesn't seem like there is anything stopping me from stealing from people, as long as I am a business and not an individual doing it.

Or just buy from places that can't do that, as per the agreement. Like Steam.

Nothing is impossible with enough lawyers. People don’t seem to understand that whatever is true today may not be true tomorrow when it comes to any legal agreement, the only barrier is whether or not the one seeking to change the agreement finds that the legal battle will result in a financially advantageous outcome.

Not throwing shade at Steam, but I’m definitely saying that it doesn’t matter what’s written if they think they can get away with not complying.
