Affects only certain drinks (Logan Paulโ€™s PRIME and others) for misrepresenting the amount of caffeine contained in the drink.

Looks like they just didn't have the correct french and english labels for their caffeine content. It should be fixed, but it's not a big problem.

True; that is also part of the issue. The site lists the issue as:

โ€œThe affected products are being recalled from the marketplace due to various non-compliances related to caffeine content and labelling requirements.โ€

Could be both?

Sounds like the labeling is an extra fine slapped on top of the caffeine issue
