Looks like they just didn't have the correct french and english labels for their caffeine content. It should be fixed, but it's not a big problem.
True; that is also part of the issue. The site lists the issue as:
โThe affected products are being recalled from the marketplace due to various non-compliances related to caffeine content and labelling requirements.โ
Could be both?

Sounds like the labeling is an extra fine slapped on top of the caffeine issue
