I have a few questions about it before I try it

Are all Firefox extensions compatible with LibreWolf?

Does it run as well as normal Firefox?

Is it worth using?

Yes, but there's little reason to do so

Yup, which is why I'm not sure if it's still a thing. But it at least was an option if you want complete control.
