The fact you're whining so much but totally disregarding even the possibility of police violence suggests you're just upset that someonw got money they weren't supposed to have.
Tbf I don't particularly care about the cops. Bank employees are certainly closer to the literal innocent bystanders than cops, though, and then of course there's poor Владимир who just so happened to be crossing the square to take ingredients for компот to his sick бабушка back home and BAM GRENADES just because some turd with a moustache needs money? Yeah, I feel worse for him than some cop, duh.
