Not OP but same. I literally don’t remember my phone’s ringtone. Generally my phone is nearby and I check regularly for messages. Yes, calls and messages sometimes wait a few hours. I like it that way. I’ve never missed anything so important that I stopped silencing my phone and 99% of the communication I receive can wait till I’m ready to deal with it.
If it took me a few hours to reply at work I'd have very pissed off coworkers, not to mention how pissed off I would be if I was in the other end of it hah. I guess you're lucky in that things aren't as urgent.
