Oo, ooo! I know this. This is from the Modest Mouse video clip for the song Coyotes. It's about mankind's destruction of nature in the face of mankind finding so much beauty in nature.

There was a part of me that someone genuinely thought this was not from that video and believed there was some city where coyotes rode the metro freely.
