You realize Supreme Court justices are still the products of elections, right?

First of all, you don't need to be a condescending dickhead just because you don't feel like actually addressing anything I wrote. Then again, since you're a centrist and nothing you can ever say will ever have any merit whatsoever, I guess you have to resort to the only thing you are capable of. You want to talk supreme court justices? FUCKING FINE, let's talk about them. I remember when the same Democrats you worship just let McConnell steal a supreme court seat because they loved their precious filibuster more than anything and only got rid of it for judicial appointments after it was too late. And gay marriage was decided by the supreme court because the democrats we elect didn't bother to do it themselves via actual legislation because they're useless cowards at all times.

Since it was 15 years ago and it was heritage foundation policy to start with that was then watered down so it would help as few people as they thought they could get away with, yeah. Valid criticisms of ICE would be pointing out how differently it operates under different party administrations.
