lmao you don't know how to infer, in the first sentence they're talking about Internal Colonialism Theory and the history of US settler colonialism in general; in the second they're talking about US ELITES and their settler heritage, what exactly do you think words like "consolidated" and "moved their headquarters" is referring to?
