Seasons 1-3 are great, very compelling. The storytelling is nicely done, the scripts are tight the first few seasons.

I'm now at season 4 and it kinda goes off it's rocker. I find myself playing season 4 at 2x speed

I think they are trying to parallel some mix of the Clintons. It's a very cynical show.

season 4 questions

Why does Claire underwood have such naked ambition while being the first lady? It feels like lots of the urgency and push is just to create drama rather then some calculating political play

Clarie's mother wants to self-exit early to help Clarie's vice presidential primary bid? really? Thats a weird motivation

Episode 11 the thruple feels like its designed to try to make everyone uncomfortable, including the audience.
