Okay, but if literal Caucasians from Caucasia don't count as white, then wtf does white even mean.

its a made up in-group created to justify and facilitate european colonialism
White is Israel and US Republican elites.
"White" is whatever the racists want to establish as the civilized norm which needs to defend itself against the non-white barbarians.
Arguing with "caucasians are from Caucasia" is stooping to the racist's level of discourse. You shouldn't argue with Nazis about the nature of "Aryans", either.
It's anyone who can go out wearing cargo shorts, tall socks, and trainers without being immediately made fun of.
