This shouldn't need an explanation. If your post or comment is made just to get a rise with no real value, it will be removed. You do this too often, you will get a vacation to touch grass, away from this community for 1 or more days. Repeat offenses will result in a perma-ban.

6. Defend your opinion

This is a bit of a mix of rules 4 and 5 to help foster higher quality posts. You are expected to defend your unpopular opinion in the post body. We don't expect a whole manifesto (please, no manifestos), but you should at least provide some details as to why you hold the position you do.

I think more people especially men should consider forgiving their cheating partner (lemmy.world)

I got back together with my boyfriend whom I cheated on when we were younger. Life is great for both of us. I am giving him tons of fun goodies in both superficial and spiritual. Ok so we both live in Calley and his new house is in the San Fernando Valley.

I invited over some of my friends from other parts of California to come to this house for a slumber party and I got them to agree to a lingerie dress code. He was the only boy there, it was a real school fantasy he and you know how girls are they flirt so he got to flirt with them and oggle them.

I allowed this because I have a lot to make up for and he deserves to be happy.

Taking back a cheating girlfriend could give you concessions in a relationship.

The fact is as time goes on you will likely only get 1 chance from a girl to be your girlfriend or even rarer wife. I know you say you will be fine without a girl or rather be alone then with a cheater but that's not what the stats say men need women. So instead of blowing your won chance because she had a night of fun. Calm down, listen and see what she offers. Maybe you can get some time with other women.

My boyfriend will be getting both dates and sex from other women and I think many girls would do the same to avoid losing you or being outed as a cheater.
