i have really bad attachment issues to my fiancée. it sometimes feels like I can’t live without her.

I’m quick to assume that others are bad people who hate me, especially if they leave for a little bit or use a certain tone with me. I’m very sensitive to that.

i would have pretty bad “attachments” when i was a high schooler, and I’d go from thinking they were super great to thinking they were terrible friends.

i wish i wasn’t like this. it’s been better now, i’m just wondering if there’s others like me who think like this.

This sounds similar to our RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria), what helped us was: therapy, a partner and friends who understood, processing, journaling, the youtube channel Euro Brady (especially his explanations via his game playthroughs), getting away from those who did actually mean us harm (if 'only' mentally and emotionally) and time.

Have you looked into attachment theory at all? That helped us understand a little better, it's not perfect or the most rigorous theory but it did help a little.
