And anti corruption laws. Qatar can just give him a nice plane and get anything they want in return. The EU has laws against doing stuff like that.
It's almost like they expect responsible leaders. Huh, isn't that something.
So does the US. But laws are only worth their enforcement.
Goes without saying. The first Trump administration shows that as long as Congress doesn't impeach and convict you, none of the laws meant to rein in the executive mean anything.
