my grippy socks have the grippy part on both sides ๐
(that way you can't put them on wrong)
EDIT: and L is for Large, not Left. The socks are not specific to the foot (again, so you can't put them on wrong).
Thankyou! I hadn't thought of L meaning large. Makes a lot more sense.
