No, it's cars that are dangerous ,as they are to cycllists and pedestrians, speaking as somone who has ridden motorcycles for 40 years.
More than one thing can be dangerous, but yeah, vehicles like cars and trucks are more dangerous to pedestrians, riders, etc.
Motorcycles are dangerous too, but mostly just to the rider.
