This is a non sequitur. Of course they are both on board with killing Palestinians. The meme states that the US controls Israel not the other way around. Americans pretend like they have no power and are under control of the evil Jewish lobby. This is a bullshit construct, the US is the evil empire. Israel is essentially part of the US.
