I want some gender-neutral to moderately feminine shorts to wear. First of all, I’m not sure exactly what that means - what makes shorts masculine or feminine? Secondly, do you have any recommendations of brands or stores for some mildly feminine shorts?

'Feminine' shorts tend to be shorter in length, wider at the hips - whereas men's shorts tend to be straight down from the waist - and, and this is the bad news - have tiny pointless pockets.

Something that happens to women a lot is their phone flipping out of their back pocket when they go to sit down on the toilet. Often into the toilet. Because the pocket is too shallow. It's a thing.
