Well, since the Chinese have already hacked the American ISPs and their infrastructure, tracking the message back to the end device won't be a problem. They will certainly also share the information with the Russians and so on... if you don't already have truckloads with the doormat in front of your door. Then it seems that nobody takes the first step out of solidarity so that this remains possible for someone else. It's a vicious circle.
