Can my legs become asymmetrical just from walking? (sh.itjust.works)

For example, if whenever I step from a standstill, I always use my right leg. Will my legs become asymmetrical?

Good to get in with a podiatrist and see what is there and can be done if possible. People who walk improperly (not straight + basically with feet and legs basically moving parallel) end up with greater mobillity issues throughout their life
