That's a lot of truly brilliant things well done. I'm really impressed by the computer tinkering, I've always struggled with that. That's A LOT of weight, you've worked hard to do that. What inspired you to lose weight?

Thanks ๐Ÿ˜ I had always wanted to lose weight (I gained it around college) but it felt impossible at times since I am disabled. When covid happened, I read a lot of stuff about overweight and obese people dying from covid. So I've been taking steps since then, reducing/replacing my food, weighing my food, etc. It was very hard but I've seen a consistent slope since then. I also downloaded a new app called Walkscape, it is like Runescape except you power everything with your steps which has encouraged me to walk more on my good days. There is a community for it btw !walkscape@lemmy.world. I don't think I had covid at any point, maybe I was asymptomatic, and had the vaccines as soon as they were ready. But still, seeing my old clothes fitting again is great.

I'm disabled too so I can really relate. Your health is a fantastic inspiration, you deserve to be healthy. Sounds like you've been sensible, you've given yourself manageable tasks to do and you've stuck to it. You can be really proud of it
