Is it really a dismissal level event? I mean, everyone sees how the world is turning....he just said it out loud.

There is a difference in severity between a tweet and a remark made on stage to an audience.

One could easily argue that the audience for a tweet is significantly larger than whilst on stage.

Tweet is viewed by worldwide by billions of people, this press conference probably had less than a hundred thousand views.
