My keyboard is typing alone '12345678, he does it randomly and at sporadic times.

I don't know if it's virus or something else, but I already updated drivers, formati computer, tested other keyboards, checked MRT in CMD and the problem continues.

I think it went waaay to fast all of a sudden, foul play ? Im worried the use of bots or something that could harm the initiative instead of helping.

About to order this build. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Pvwn4p Someone said the PSU might be overkill. Idk about this stuff like that. Will it cause issues? Should I go with an 850w Century G5 instead?

I basically only need it to be powerful enough to run GMOD and the 3D printing slicer Cura. What are the cheapest yet still good laptops? Not looking for a chrome book level cheap but want something that will work well enough for what I need.

Greetings. I recently was given an unexpected bonus by my boss and was going to use this opportunity to upgrade my gaming rig. And by upgrade, I mean build an all new tower. For context, I originally built my current machine back in 2012. I upgraded the GPU around 2016 and had to replace the motherboard in 2022 or something.  Anyway, my current system is running an AMD FX 6100 CPU and an old and a Radeon R9 390, which much to my frustration, AMD abandoned and stopped releasing updated drivers for back in 2022. So yeah, it’s long in the tooth but has been holding its own until very recently. I’m starting to find some games with weird rendering issues, extremely low frame rates even at very low resolutions and FSR or that won’t even launch at all and just tell me that “no compatible graphics device was found.”

My goal is to build another machine that will last me 10+ years, play pretty much any game flawlessly at 1080 with max settings and let me play most games at 1440 with maybe some tweaks to the settings. The link to my parts list is below. I feel like I am splurging on the GPU but I also feel like the price difference between this and GPU with less speeds and VRAM isn’t that significant and I should go for the brand new, more future proof GPU.

I also considered saving myself a weekend of labor and just buying a pre-built but for the same price range you get a machine that’s got parts that already two or three years old. I was initially hesitant to spend so much. After some research I’m warming up it but if anyone can recommend any parts to swap out that might shave a two or three hundred bucks off while offering similar performance and future proofing, I’m open to suggestions. If saving a couple hundred bucks means significantly less performance and parts that are already on their way to being outdated, then I’m sticking with what I have.

Hello fellas,

It's time to upgrade my 7 years old pc, (1070ti + i7 7700k).

Monitor setup: 3 monitors, Main=M27Q pro Gigabyte running at 170 HZ, the 2nd and 3rd both are Samsung c24 on 120HZ, not looking to change main monitor unless big improvement can be felt.

Upgrading to:

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHZ AM5.

CPU Cooler: Corsair h150i elite. (Already have / been using for 2 years, weird liquid noises sometimes but does the job)

GPU: Either 4070TI Super or 5070 ti - Both are the same price here. HELP, also which company?(i usuallly go for asus or gigabyte)

MOBO: Gigabyte B650E AORUS ELITE X AX ICE OR Asus B650E MAX GAMING WIFI.

Both same price here, Help me decide, is it good enough for the cpu?

SSD: Samsung 990 Pro PCIe 4.0 with heatsink. (Bought on last blackfriday). should i change?

RAM: Appreciate guidance in choosing.

Power Supply: Appreciate guidance in choosing.

Fans: X6 Corsair LL RGB ( Already have, been running for 3 years running at 50%). should i change?

Exhaust: 1 back , 2 top.

Intake: 3 on cpu cooler on front.

Case: Corsair crystal 570x . ( Dont wanna change)

Additionals:

Two rgb led strips connected.

Corsair Commander pro setup.

Wifi nice to have but not really needed.

Appreciate every advice before i go on spending.

Compatibility issues, and everything.

Thnx!

I'm never quite sure whats the actual DPI I have, after a game takes into account the windows settings, LG Hub settings, steam and game settings. Is there an app I can use that shows me that in real time?

New drivers are allowing the 9070XT to significantly improve its performance and now in some cases beat its competitor the 5070 TI. Does anyone know if this has affected the base 9070 as well?
