How? Students are choosing more expensive places. The market is driving this.

The front page of Lemmy is mostly posts from 2-4 days ago. I can see people getting bored/not bothering to check back if it's always the same posts on the default sort. in c/lemmyworld@lemmy.world

There was a lot of money floating around, fueled by exuberance. Not sure that could have ever lasted.
