Can't say for sure, but gray tools manufactures hand tools in Canada. Seems.... likely they source their steel in Canada as well.

My partial solution to that was a belt drive bike, less that can rust. 1 year so far with no rust.

Happen to have any examples? The last time I looked into this (around 5 years ago) everything that existed in this category was substantially lower quality and substantially more expensive.
