K-9 Mail changelogs looks old and out of date. I found changelog link on F-Droid. If there is another changelog, I don't know about it.

I did a lot of research, but I couldn't find any up-to-date, open source software that works with the browser. How sad it is that open source alternatives have not been created for some applications for all these years. JDownloader seems nice, but there is no official Firefox add-on.

Are there any free and open-source navigation apps for Android, under 50MB? in c/opensource@lemmy.ml

It includes a error tracker called "Sentry". That's what the "TrackerControl" software tells me. That's why I use Jerboa or the native website.
