In which case why would Greenland want one ? Iirc Only 6% of their population feel that aligning with / being taken over by the US would be a good idea. 75+% are "hell no" the remainder are against it (but less vociferously).
The biggest debate in Greenland is remaining a semi autonomous part of Denmark vs full independence, and if so when.
