I never went there... you can find a lot of stuff without a dedicated website like that or ATF though. Gelbooru, exhentai, nhentai, and e621 each have massive loli troves. Somehow they avoid controversy over it (well, all of them except nhentai require you to log in or toggle an option to see the lolis) and they seem much less likely to go down than dedicated loli sites.
