I made a rainbow text generator (codeberg.org)
 

the coloured match text (and icons too!) are enabled in overwatch chat right now!

i'm open-sourcing a script i made that converts text into rainbow text by applying the appropriate tags. it is used as follows: ruby colourize_text.rb "cool chat"

to add onto this, distributing via flatpak allows for further reach to less technical users
