It's minimal how you can change other people. But you can change your own environment, actions and worldview. Even though it might take a long time for your body, nervous system and brain to change and adapt.

Even if your parents want to change themselves for the benefit of your health, it might not be possible for them. But you might be able to help them by changing yourself, and then indirectly change their environment.

Here is a video analysis of Slots Liverpool witch has som good points. It is interesting to follow the evolution of this during the season.

For example Brighton bated Liverpools pressure by the right sideline in the middle of the pitch. They used Salas and Trents suboptimal pressure play combined with playing the ball as early as possible to the area where Liverpools players has been ordered to start the press. So that the start positions of the defenders was some meters further away from the sideline than normal.

They created 3 big opportunities this way, before Slot adjusted the conditions.

It will be interesting to see if Ipswich tries to do the same thing. Or a variation of some sort.

I use water for my filter grind. I have a measure cup for the beans. Then I use a wet teaspoon and stir it around in the measure cup. If I grind 10 grams the teaspoon is almost dry. If I grind 30-40 grams I have a solid water drop on the spoon. But it varies with the beans. Some beans produce more static and some less. If one or two beans get most of the water they will stick in the grinder. It's also easier to keep the grinder clean when there is less small static particles flying everywhere.

I wish we could plan more for counter attacking against the best teams. Don't mind the high counter pressing against worse teams, and in periods against better teams. But it seems a waste to have one of the best counter attacking teams in history, and don't utilize that more consciously.

Looks wery good. A norwegian commentator, Eivind Bisgaard Sundet, thinks that this will be a exellent fit for Liverpool FC. He also previously has worked as a football scout and he follow budesliga very close.

Update! Lfc in for Wataru Endo. This might pan out better than both Lavia and Caicedo!:

Liverpool probably need a more established defensive midfielder, in addition to Stefan Bajčetić, now that a couple of deals recently did not go through. What do you think would be a good signing considering quality, price and how the player would fit in the team?

Trains, busses subways and trams with room for bikes. Bike and walking infrastructure along roads and in cities. Secure bike parking both publicly and at home. Frequent and flexible busses. And a wide variety of easily avaliable rental cars.
