Podcast editing, video game playing and some (epileptic) pet sitting and grandmother care. It's a full plate this weekend. I'm already tired, lol.

But I may try to get my grandma to show me how to use the fancy baking/frying tool I dug out of storage earlier this week. So that should be fun.

Both me and my partner joined today. Problem is a lot of people don't know about Lemmy, I'd never heard of it before today but someone commented about it on reddit in response to reddit's latest nonsense.

I'll likely stick around reddit for a bit and do my part to comment about making the switch. I can't blame people for not joining something they know nothing about.

Same here! Reddit's wild for thinking people will stick around after a stunt like this. Let them go deaf in their own capitalist bot filled echo chamber, the rest of us will move on.
