Few months back (perhaps 2 years back - fuck, how time flies), one of the first fediverse Malayalam communities used to be @kerala.party. What happened to that instance? Happy to help revive it back instead of relying on lemmy@world / lemmy@ml instances.

I feel it's complicated for the non-tech users but interestingly I have started to see some folks coming to Lemmy because I (a tech friend) started using it and advertising to them. I think it's these early adopters who play a major role in bringing the non-tech folks and people from other diverse culture.

I see a @kerala community in the lemmy.world instance and a @kerala community in kerala.party instance. Just wondering why do we need multiple Kerala communities here? Can we finalize on one community and make it grow?
