Ive only used their headphones and chargers, which I bought recently, theyre still working fine. Mostly. Except for my bluetooth earphones. Theres occassional lag and stuttering problems with it on my laptop.

I had an Anker headphone break within a year or so. I asked for a replacement and sent a picture of a broken hinge. Despite heavy insinuations from them that it was probably because of my rough use (lkely true), they sent me a replacement and asked for my feedback with the whole process. Nicest customer service experience Ive had.

A while ago one of my old accounts got banned from r/news for saying I wouldn't bone some celebrity. Now if I forget and comment on a front page post with any account this happens. in c/mildlyinfuriating@lemmy.world

In customer service. If I see a bot I know there is a 95 % chance I won't get the information I am looking for. If I could get the information online somewhere, I wouldn't have contacted customer service in the first place! I just want to interact with another human being who's able to understand my queries.

This reads like putting an unfair amount of authority in their hands when they're likely going to lose all three. in c/gunners@lemmy.world

It's Canada, specifically Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan is one of the easiest places to get a PR, probably because it's cold and still developing.

I have a specific goal. I need to work 760 hours to get a Permanent Resident card in my current country. I work part-time, so sometimes the no. of hours I work is 3.25 or 3.75. I need to tally up these hours with a goal of 760.
