I have also expressed doubt about nightreign in the past but am on board now. And calling elden ring part of the enshitification process is absolutely ridiculous. I dont care if you're a "fromsoft purist", elden ring is a phenomenal game by any metric.

Not a system that has shown time and time again that it is severely flawed. If you are trying to join a system and change it from within, you cant expect to reach an influential level if the system is so largely corrupt without accepting and participating in that corruption. As such people who volunteer to enter the system are likely looking to participate and not change.

I stopped naming most of my pokemon as a kid because I would choose a name that fit the initial form but wasnt always good for the evolutions. Plus I couldnt remember all of the evolution names and wanted to see those. I always name my Link "Lonk" in zelda games though and it makes me chuckle every time
