Yup. The ban just prohibits you from engaging with communities. Like, you can't post, comment, or upvote. You still have access to your account and feed. So, you can choose to delete it. And I think you should be able to delete individual posts/comments too, though I didn't try that myself since I decided to just nuke my account.
arun
They don't.
How do I know? I got banned for arguing with a pedo apologist and telling him to go fuck himself. He replied to a comment and then blocked me so that it would seem like I was droppping off of the convo. I edited my last reply to call him out, and bam. Reddit perma-bans me for 'continuing to harass a user who had already blocked you'.
The only way to get rid of your posts and comments so that reddit doesn't benefit from them is to delete your account.
Sooo... Fuck the USA?

I know, that's more than 10. Love em all anyway.
Binging season 3 at the moment and loving every second of it. Damn, I really do love this show.
Exactly. It blows my mind just how narcissistic and delusional a country could be. Half the world already hated them before the Tangerine Turd took over. And for good reason.
Well, I'm fucked.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. The Democratic party is broken beyond fixing. They're corpo sellouts and will sabotage progressive agendas at every turn while pretending to support the working class. That is quite literally how Trump won both times. And the only reason he didn't win in 2020 was because his Covid fumbles were still fresh in the voters' memories; not because Biden was a good candidate.
Progressive leaders like AOC and Bernie need to cut all ties with the DNC and start their own party.
Can already tell this is gonna be trash.
My dude, unions without 'monopolistic control' have no teeth when negotiating with these parasitic companies. Collective bargaining is only as effective as how many people are in the collective.
God that's scummy af.
This seems to be the theme with a lot of romcoms these days.
