I have heard that Windows underclocks your CPU over time, to make you buy a new computer, and so Microsoft can get money from the new PC's preinstalled Windows license.
I am not really sure if that's true though.

Low level C programming.
And also I know a lot about breaking video DRM.
You must mean WiFi.
I use NewPipe that also can't play age-restricted videos at the moment. I didn't say that I was using something that works, just that I don't trust revanced so much.
I like revanced but it is still the closed source YouTube client and I still don't know what it is doing. Plus you have to connect a Google account for some actions (like history).
Yes on APT (137MHz frequency) the procedure is simple. You only need an SDR (Software Defined Radio), an antenna and a computer to do the recording and processing. For the SDR and antenna, I bought the RTL-SDR kit from eBay for around 50€.
Here are some videos explaining how to do this:

I am trying to build an L-Band (1.7GHz frequency) setup now, so that I can get pictures at higher resolution. Though the materials required for this are more expensive and the procedure more involved.
Yes I know that it represents the IQ. I read books.
"Aperture Science: We do what we must, because we can."
EDIT: Also: "Science isn't about why - it's about why not. Why is so much of our science dangerous? Why not marry safe science if you love it so much? In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired!"
