OnlyOffice is worse (and not because of the security breach implications), but because it misses the Ctrl+D shortcut (copies the cell above to the current cell). Which is something I use A LOT for data entry.

I switched to mint like a month before PewDiePie lol

My main issue is that I kinda need actual Excel every so often because I require things like power query. I tried installing it using Wine, but it needs to authenticate with Microsofts servers, even the older versions.

The drive from France to the nearest German motorway without a speed limit isn't that far, though.

You can also do track days and such, but I agree with you they don't need to be that quick

The issue here in NL is with the power grid, not the price of the panels. The installing of them is already one of the most expensive parts of getting panels since you need to build scafolding for most houses.

Some of Seagate's drives have terrible scores on things like Blackblaze. They are probably the worst brand, but also generally the cheapest.

I have been running a raid of old Seagate barracuda's for years at things point, including a lot of boot cycles and me forcing the system off because Truenas has issues or whatnot and for some fucking reason they won't die.

I have had a WD green SSD that I use for Truenas boot die, I had some WD external drive have its controller die (the drive inside still work) and I had some crappy WD mismatched drives in a raid 0 for my Linux ISO's and those failed as well.

Whenever the Seagate start to die, I guess ill be replacing them with Toshiba's unless somebody has another suggestion.

Its already law that the director/cea etc should earn at least 56k or the same aa the most earning employee.

But if companies wheren’t allowed to exist your job wouldn’t and the internet won’t exist, etc

People have overbid 10-20% or even more here in NL in the last few months for all kind of houses and apartments. Including once that need a ton of work.

There will still be a lot of people homeless even with affordable houses since they most likely cannot afford a house. Social housing doesn't have to be affordable, it just needs to be there, but that has little to do with the availability of houses and more the amount of people that can be processed by the system. At least in NL.

The issue all around the globe is people owning more than one house. You can only live in one so they rent them out. Generally asking way to much since they took a mortgage for it, costs are deductable against the profit. So you always end up paying the mortgage rate for the house you rent + a profit margin for the owner.

If you stop people having 2, 3 or more houses or at least make it a lot less likely for people to own more than one. In NL some people are also debating if we should remove the deductibility of mortgage rates.

Houses costing 1m or more being empty doesn't do anything for the homeless, they will not be able to afford that. A lot of the houses in the empty house statistics are include houses being built/renovated/destroyed etc. Heck in the US (and other countries) you have some ghost towns, are those counted as well? Or houses that are rented out for tourists? How many of them where empty for more than 6 months?

Taxing empty houses is fine, don't get me wrong, but the not building medium density houses, places where you can walk and/or bike and actually want to live, the lack of social security and people owning 2 or more houses are issues as well.

No proof has been found that he was guilty, according to the court records. So unless new proof shows up from somewhere, this most likely isn't the case. It could be that RBR was keeping some proof away from the court case, which could be illegal, but that they now display it.

Personally, I am a bit careful with the accusations, since it wouldn't be the first time that somebody lied to get somebody else convicted for something. Women are always believed in cases like this, even when they lie about them abusing their male partner or whatever.
