Eindelijk een maatregel die ervoor zorgde dat mensen die noodgedwongen huurden, maar eigenlijk wilden kopen, meer kans maken op een huis... En dan wil ze het weer terugdraaien.
Dit leidt vast tot meer huurhuizen, maar niet tot meer huizen in het algemeen (verhuurders van nieuwbouwwoningen hadden al meer ruimte). En dat is nou juist het probleem.

Ik weet niet precies hoe het werkt, maar is het niet zo dat de verhuuder zelf met het lijstje langs het huis gaat en kijkt waar de punten op uitkomen? (Of dat zou moeten doen, iig.) Het wordt dan pas steekproefgewijs gecontroleerd, of als iemand het bij de rechter aanvecht.
