The Violet Evergarden follows the story of a post-war child soldier Violet trying to become an Auto Memory Doll, a ghostwriter for illiterate clients. Violet attends the Auto Memory Doll Training School in order to become a true doll. However, she initially failed the test because she lost both her arms in the war, causing her to struggle using her mechanical prosthetic arms to type using a typewriter. She ultimately succeeds after support and help from her fellow doll trainee, Luculia.

CorrectionUm actually ... Violet doesn't struggle with the typewriter. She was very adept at the typing, but was unable to reflect the client's feelings in her writing, due to her inability to fully understand emotions. And that is the also the reason she failed initially

In the Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai light novel series, we follow Sakuta as he meet various teenagers suffering from Adolescence Syndrome, a phenomenon which causes various effects to its victims and those around them.

These includes:

  • Mai, the bunny girl senpai who starts becoming invisible and incorporeal to everyone, to the extent of becoming completely wiped from people's memories
  • Tomoe, a first year student who traps Sakuta in a time loop
  • Nodoka, the younger sister of Mai who swapped bodies with Mai

CorrectionUm actually ... The light novel series is called Rascal Does Not Dream. This is because each of the events as highlighted are different volumes, but have different titles.

The list are as follows:

  • Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai
  • Rascal Does Not Dream of Petite Devil Kohai
  • Rascal Does Not Dream of Logical Witch
  • Rascal Does Not Dream of Siscon Idol
  • Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Home Alone
  • Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl
  • Rascal Does Not Dream of His First Love
  • et al

The anime series adaptation is titled Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai, but it actually adapts the first 5 volumes of the novel.

In A Certain Scientific Railgun, we follow Mikasa, a level 5 esper who controls electricity. Together with Kuroko, a Level 4 teleporting esper, they attend the prestigious Tokiwadai Middle School. Despite being one of the strongest in Academy City, she is acquainted with quite a few level 0 characters. These includes Ruiko and Uihara in her clique, and Touma as a love interest.

CorrectionUm actually ... Uihara is actually a level 1. Her ability preserves the temperature of the object in her hands, which she used to keep a box of taiyaki's warm.

Accelerator, being one of the few Level 5 esper, has rather powerful ability of manipulating vectors. However, to utilize this ability, it requires massive calculations that is not possible for him naturally. Thus, he is dependent on a choker which he wears which allows him to perform these computations. Unfortunately, this becomes a point of weakness for him, as it has a limited battery life which limits his battle duration and also vulnerable to electronic jamming.

CorrectionUm actually ... he was able to do the computations normally. It was because he sustained injuries from saving Last Order which crippled his abilities.

This is a poke at Gigguk's video where he claims that Accelerator's power level is "limited" by the reliance on the choker.

The story follows Senku Ishigami, also known as Dr Stone, use his scientific intellect to rebuild civilization and uncover the truth behind the petrification. Throughout his journey, he re-invented various modern items, such as explosives, tank, radio intercom, cameras and even Cola.

Kekkei Genkai are hereditary abilities that allows the users to special techniques. Even though they are genetically inherited, we only know the names of a strikingly low number of (living) young users for each clan in the original run of Naruto anime series.

For example, we only see Haku as the user of Ice Release, Kimamaro as the user of Shikotsumyaku, Sakon and Ukon as the user of their unnamed Kekkei Genkai. Even for well known clans, there is only Sasuke and Itachi, the wielders of Sharingan, from the Uchiha clan (granted, it was due to Itachi wiping them out); and only Neji and Hinata, the users of Byakugan, from the Hyuga clan.

CorrectionUm actually ... there is actually also Hinabi, Hinata's younger sister, from the Hyuga clan.

Made in Abyss follows a young Delver girl by the name of Riko, as she delves deeper into The Abyss, a gaping chasm stretching down into the depths of the earth, filled with mysterious creatures and relics from a time long past.

As they delve deeper into the Abyss, Delvers experiences the Curse of the Abyss, a series of increasingly severe ailments.

Here are a list of some known ailments at various levels:

  • 1st Layer: nausea,
  • 2nd Layer: headache and numbness of extremities
  • 3rd Layer: vertigo and hallucinations
  • 4th Layer: intense pain all over the body and bleeding from all orifices
  • 5th Layer: loss of all senses and self-harm

CorrectionUm actually ... the Curse of the Abyss, only happens when they ascend out of the Abyss, not when they are descending.

This characterizes The Abyss as luring Delvers deeper, while trying to keep them within.
