Oh I love FMA, I've watched it twice I think. I've got the first volume somewhere but haven't gotten around to it. It's always my first reccomendation for people new to anime

For me, it was Chainsaw Man. I'd read a few manga years ago, most of Berserk, some Junji Ito, and Naruto way back as a kid, but none of it really stuck for me. And then I stumbled unto the Chainsaw Man anime, loved it and checked the subreddit, saw a ton of manga spoiler memes that made me feel like i was missing out, so I read the entirety of what was out, figured out manga is pretty dope, and now I'm working on reading Monster and One Piece

It's japanese psychedelic jazz fusion based on a 1971 children's book of the same name by Count Ul Del Rico. I don't know what else to say it's just awesome, it has narration from the book that makes it a really fun listen and narrative with great musicianship. Parts of it are serene and calming interspersed with high energy bangers like Seven Goblins and Thunderstorm, it flows together really well without having a stale vibe.

If you're scared of downloading online, you could borrow from your library and burn dvds like it's 2003

I have this problem routinely, what I do is cut land until I can fit my glorious jank, play it once and discover the deck is unplayable due to lack of land, get mad and shelve it for 7 months

Absolutely love the term gaming hangover, it's so fitting for how I felt when I beat those.

That looks awesome for sure! We were thinking about starting a fresh 5e campaign so I'm gonna look into this some more and maybe make one, thanks for posting this

Everything I've seen of BG3 looks great, I beat BG1 years ago but don't remember much, and never got around to BG2. Is it the sort of game I could just jump into, or would it be much better if I replayed those first?

I've played maybe a dozen characters, but the one I always want to go back to is my DND4 runepriest. I'm not sure why, I don't think DND4 is particularly good, but that class just felt so fun for me
