People don't like movements with no direction.

The existing political parties phrase valid resistance as resistance that does not meaningfully impact or change anything.

People are sick of going and standing around and then going back to work, seeing that nothing has changed.

I've gone to every protest in my city this entire year and it hasn't accomplished anything.

I think people support replacing our administrative branch for a lot of reasons, but nobody in a position of power is directing people to take action that makes meaningful change happen.

High-school of the Dead

No Game No Life

Tower of God (just rewrite the whole thing with the same premise)

Guess we need groups of armed citizens to pop on by and make sure everything is on the up and up.

I agree the internet feels a lot different than the eqrly 2000s, but breaking down what's different I can't pin anything concrete down.

There's pretty much no fundamental differences between how social media was and how it is now. People talk, share interests, get in arguments. What we feel is nostalgia for a wild west internet with less people and rules that will never exist again.

More people use the internet now so more people participate in the conversation. That's how it will be for the rest of human history probably.

Fascists usually leave power when they die.

Nothing will meaningfully improve until the rich fear for their lives

In a world that is constantly forcing people to spend money just to stay alive then the vast majority of people would rather spend their time making or preserving the money that lets them survive instead of spending their limited time and money being altruistic.

Wealth redistribution would unironically fix most problems in our economies and societies

I love the term lol

My most affirming moments as a trans woman have been people saying sexist shit to me because they see me as a woman.

It's not nice, but I know they're being honest about me passing lol.

Less genZ vote right wing proportional to every other group. This only changes when comparing specifically small group of genz men to men and women Millennials in cherry picked articles.

More Millennials voted for Trump than GenZ proportionally.

More GenZ VOTE than Millennials

The propaganda around the red wave of young genz is just a huge cope and idiots eat it up.

If Trump tries to take away a federal holiday, that might be what makes somebody finally do it.

When the one percent starts to feel paranoid, Clay Cockrell is the first to hear about it. A therapist who specializes in treating the neuroses of the ultrawealthy, Cockrell says that many of his clients are in the privileged position of getting freaked out by eat-the-rich sentiments these days.

Happy pride :3
