I would recommend Overcooked and Moving out, the kids i played this with picked it up fairly quickly.

Another good coop game is Unrailed, but it is more stressful and might be more frustrating.

Our most played game is ultimate chicken horse though, but its versus and does not really provide guardrails so you can kind of deadlock your match quite easily

I am using /e/OS on FP4, i bought it preinstalled to keep the warranty. It is stripped of all Google services and i have not installed any.

Experience has been really good, all the hardware and drivers are working, including fingerprint and cameras. The only two things i should mention are live navigation (google maps is undefeated regarding live traffic info) and microsoft apps (i did not get office or teams to work yet).

I think /e/OS ticks all your boxes as i had similar requirements, and i would definitely recommend.
