Lol, that's what I tell my friends when they inquire about sustenance storage in my beard.

RE: the centre stache thing, yeah. The bit isn't a problem because that part I do trim meticulously. The sides are though, but those achieve the look. The problem is those hairs don't grow outwards in an imperial fashion, but inwards. Think the guy with the beret from myth busters.

In case Tailscale doesn't work, there's tons of other options. The one I use to set up my Foundry sessions woth my players is Zgrok. Works as good as ngrok and tailscale while being more generous with data limits.

I think this is specific to my own neck of the woods, but the words "pija" and "verga". It can be used in a variety of different contexts and will mean anything between the bee's knees to absolute shit.

For example, "la mera pija/verga", literally "the very dick", means "the best"; while "la pija/verga" m, literally "the dick", means "the absolute fucking worst/incapable/incompetent". "Pijin" means rave, "pijeada/verguiada" means either a scuffle that ended with one side getting beaten very badly, or something that is very hard to do.

An example of the last one: "Darle pija a Malenia, Blade of Miquella, es pijeado", meaning "To beat Malenia, Blade of Miquella, is hard".

... Lots of phallic turns of phrase. But its usage probably isn't so different to the versatility of the word "fuck" in the english language.

For the last three years I've let my hair grow out and donate it once its about 15in long. My hair is probably 2c if I let it air dry. It was annoying but I learnt to live with it by tying the sides of my hair back and tucking my crown's hair underneath the tie. Some strands will sneak out eventually but it's manageable.

However, what I have not found a solution for is my moustache. I like to have my moustache grown out, Tsar Nicholas style, but eating anything is a chore. Sandwiches, burgers, and pizze mean I'm munching on my own stache and pulling some hair out, soups and stews mean I'll be patting dry the contours of my mouth down to my chin. The only things I can eat comfortably are things I can skewer with a fork. Really puts on a damper on my hair game since I have to trim it a lot for it not to be a bother.

The day they do that is the day I move on to another e-reader. Like hell I'll pay for books I already have in physical.

Native Spanish, who learnt English at an early age and Italian later on. Everything's in English, though from time to time I'll switch to Italian when I feel my grasp on the language weaken.

Can't speak for PoE1, but the second one (deadfire) is a treat. Though I would not recommend playing it through turn based mode, it feels very much like retrofitting the existing RTwP system into a turn based system, which is what happened.

It takes some time to get used go it (or at least it did for me since I don't really enjoy RTwP) but still.

Agreed. I've tried Ramsay and Oliver's recipes and they always end up just a bit bland. Their technique is great and all and is a valuable learning resource for technique and some general principles, but the flavour is not all there.

Jacques Pepin however is great all around.

So, you've yet to do the Paladins of Tyr, both hyena encounters, harpies, owlbear, skellies in the dungeon, spider, goblins on the outpost just outside the temple, goblins outside the temple, Auntie ethel, and the woads. Not to mention all the goblins in the Blighted Village. Those net some XP as well. That's for the coast. All of that should get you 5th level, maybe even a quarter of the way into level 6.

As others have mentioned, the Risen Road and the Underdark are both still Act I. Act II is the shadowlands, and everything therein.

Depending on your builds, especially if you have a wizard in your party, I would check the traders who are still alive. Their inventory restocks every long rest, and they get new items every couple level ups. I just reached level 5 and I've found some of the lower level armors at a +2 variant. You might also find some spells and useful potions.

If you're on Honor, I'd suggest doing Underdark first and Risen Road second.

Or america. Non specialty shops sell the worst cups I've ever had, and I've been to bottom of the barrel shops where I live.

That's... Probably not a bad idea, lol. I got too used to good things.

Hey all, I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to networking. I'm trying to set up a Foundry server on my PC, using Tailscale to bypass not having a public IP. The first time I set Tailscale up it worked perfectly, I asked a buddy to try and access and he reached the log in screen. The second time, when a session was supposed to happen, it didn't work; tailscaled.exe would launch and immediately quit . I was a few versions behind so I uninstalled, rebooted, installed the new version. Now, I'm getting those same errors regardless of what I do. I'm honestly not sure what to mess with to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

So, uh, Chinese Room. Think they're the walking sim guys. Vibe looks different to the first one, less gothic punk and more succulent goth mommy. Not sure how I feel about it. Guess I'll wait for vertical slices.

Hi all. During lockdown, as many others, I looked into new hobbies to take. Woodworking was one of them, bought myself a small saw, a regular saw, some small clamps, a drill with a 1 inch hole bit, two thingies with blades on to smoothen boards (called cepillo in spanish, blanking in the english word for it), and an electric sander. However, I don't really have much space for woodworking. My backyard is a no go, as is my front yard.

Keeping in mind the gear I have available, what projects would you guys recommend? Always wanted to make my own furniture, but that seems way down the line.
