Oh yeah I know that, it just seems like these type of games are super popular.

I honestly think that's just your circle. That does not describe the majority of the gamers I know or have known. I have always been in a minority for wanting to do math in my free time and have to find places online to discuss these games because usually nobody else in my life is playing them. Most of the people I know who played BG3 did so because it is popular, and they avoided as much of the math and homework as possible. And most of them are done with it.

There are tons of games that don't require that sort of knowledge base or study investment. It's a minority that do. But you're on Lemmy. This is a self selected community of extra thoughtful nerds. This community is more likely to be excited about games with homework than your average gaming community. I do genuinely love the research part of complex games. I like crafting builds and planning battles. I loved both Divinity Original Sin games and will love BG3 when I get there.

But sometimes I do just want a game for my hands to play while by brain takes a break. That's why I spent most of the summer with Earth Defense Force 5, a 9/10 space insect exploding experience. Highly recommend it if you don't want to fuck with the details.

I don't take it for granted that my job is amazing. My GM also has ADHD and can't always work five days. She very much prefers working long shifts a few days a week when she can. I actually got promoted on my four day schedule, and our new management team is half orderly brained and half ADHD women. It actually works phenomenally well. We're finally getting back to stability after 3/4 of the management team quit within 3~4 months. We're gonna have such a beautifully functional dispensary, and I'm so glad I'm part of it.

Don't ask me. Is that what you want to do? If you think that would get you closer to the person you want to be, do it. Do everything that you think will make you into the person you want to be. Do every stupid little thing that makes you feel alive. Concentrate your whole body, with its 360 bones and joints, and 84,000 hair follicles, into this question of who Sky is; day and night, without ceasing, hold it before you. You must be to yourself like gulping a hot iron ball, which you can neither swallow nor spit out.

Oh burnout, my old nemesis. I'm so incredibly grateful to have a job that lets me work four longer days. I will have a mental breakdown if I work five days a week, but I can work 11 hours like it's nothing. It has happened literally every time I have worked five days a week. But my current job appreciates my desire to concentrate my time on our busiest periods. I can maintain my high performance indefinitely with three days off.

I guess whatever Kairosoft sim game I'm playing at the moment. Right now that's Tropical Resort Story. I am entirely addicted to their formula. I love watching my little guys do things and helping them succeed.

Or maybe Shadow of the Colossus. It's the game I know better than any other. I'll never not be able to jump into at least normal difficulty. And I can just ride around the Forbidden Lands having thoughts and feelings for hours sometimes. The Forbidden Lands are a very placid, pensive place for me. I have known them since I was a teenager, for nearly 20 years. And occasionally I can tackle a Colossus or two.

No, but Lemmy is usually the only one I use irresponsibly. My Instagram and discord use is mostly genuine personal and professional connections. I'll interact with some real bullshit on here.

I feel we've talked about this before, Sky. HRT doesn't change your body. It changes how your body changes. If you don't change your body, your body won't change. You have to take control of your body. You are the only one with the power to change it. It's not going to happen for or to you. You're an adult. Your autonomy is perfect and infinite. Use it. Claim from the universe the Sky shaped space you want.

Idk maybe you could find a more fucked up picture with fewer pixels for us to study =P Seriously, Sky, this isn't a meaningful image. This image allows you to fill in the blanks with whatever terrible emotions you're feeling at the moment you look at it. It doesn't serve you, and you should treat yourself better than this. You're basically bullying yourself. You should get someone who cares about you to take and select some pictures to share. They have a more objective view of your body and appearance.

Anyone can take a bad picture. I can take a shitty, low res picture that makes me look awful. I often have to take and shuffle through several shots to get the good one. And I'm fucking hot =P

Yes, I have had great experiences with cbd, with the caveat that most commercial products have too low a dose to be effective. Cbd does not dose numerically like thc. It wants much higher doses to be effective for most users. The good news is that cbd isolate is dirt cheap, less than $1/g. Get yourself some cbd isolate and some empty capsules. Dose ~100mg and go from there.

That said, I have much better experiences with CBG for daytime anxiety. I'm a glowing, golden angel with a good dose of CBG in me. I'm also so focused and productive it's ridiculous. Seriously consider CBG and CBN for anxiety maintenance. CBN is more sedating, better for night/bedtime, also good for panic attacks in my experience.

Wait, you mean the Planet of the Vapes ONE? Is this ambiguous capitalization? At any rate, I've usually found that dry herb vapes don't want to be packed too full and will struggle with too much material.
