She should take all the time she needs. The Haatons wil be there when she gets back.
They did that one already in the first game in a side quest iirc.
I doubt any of this is going according to plan. After this debacle devs will leave Unity because you know they are gonna think up some new fee to screw devs over. This at least makes it so that games in development with Unity have a chance to release and pick another engine after that project.

Don't worry about it too much. From what I've read in this thread alone is enough for me to label OP as a troll.
They could give away the game for free for a short boost in players, but they need to do something about the endgame first. Or else they end up in the same position they are in now.
