My random variation in sleep schedule is hitting again. I'm now going to bed at 6 am. Even if it's far from the first time I've still no clue if sleeping during day is better or worse than during night. Both have pro and cons

I don't understand why she didn't put her headphones on immediately when going outside, even without music

Keeping a done list everytime I make a to do list. It happen often to me to feel exhausted and guilty because I'm exhausted and gonna rest without having anything of what I've planned done. The done list really helps me, I also put things on it that weren't even in my td list in the first place, like eating in a bad day.

Leitner box work well and because it need you to space your sessions it should help not getting overwhelmed by them. And since you need to chose precisely what you want to learn it make you part the subject.

If you don't want to try leitner box, defining what you want to learn should help you not trying to learn too much at once.

The main benefits can simply being sure you are (or aren't) autistic. You can also have accommodations. Whether you want to get into a diagnosis process or not it can be interesting to talk to a therapist

Now I want one

[–] Jeraxus@lemmy.sdf.org 2 points 4 months ago

Cooking time is very variable, focus more on the look, smell and taste than a precise timing. Taste regularly. Cooking is all about experience so the only way to really get better at it is to try and retry, taking notes may help.

Today I went to buy clothes. And I found one!

I also found a store where they did an effort on the fitting rooms (two mirrors, large enough bench). But more interesting a wheel to dim lights. And I could dim it enough to a comfortable level.

Each time I heard about a safe food it was an ultra processed one. So I want to verify

How long? Does it change the concistency or taste?

Thanks you
