I normally just put my Loops in my ears or listen to music on my headphones, and wear sunglasses to not get too overwhelmed.

Also the best food for a cat that has kittens, is wet kitten food. It has much more calories than adult cat food. She'll need that as she's still giving milk.
Everything that is under you. Shoes, mattress, bike, car, desk chair etc.
Cheaping out on the above will cost you more in hospital and physical therapy bills.
Sad but wholesome at the same time.
