Das alte ORF Gesetz wurde nach 22(!) Jahren als Verfassungswidrig aufgehoben... Manchmal dauerts halt. Es geht halt wohl vielen so, dass sie nicht die Zeit oder Ressourcen haben sowas zu bekämpfen.
Angestossen wurde das jetzt von einem ähnlichen Urteil zu Fitnessstudios.
